Publishing & Sync
Publishing & Sync interns will gain exposure to music publishing administration, synchronization licensing, songwriter relations, catalog management, and the creative process behind placing music in film, television, advertising, games, and digital media.
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting with song and catalog management
Reviewing metadata, songwriter splits, and ownership information
Supporting publishing registrations and administrative workflows
Researching music supervisors, production companies, brands, and sync opportunities
Assisting with playlist creation and music pitching preparation
Organizing publishing documentation and internal databases
Conducting market and catalog research
Requirements
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
Passionate about music and interested in building a career in the music industry
Currently enrolled in a college or university program, or a recent graduate
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
A strong written and verbal communicator
Able to work independently while collaborating with a small team
Professional when handling confidential artist and business information
Previous music industry experience is not required. We're looking for individuals with curiosity, initiative, professionalism, creativity, and a genuine desire to learn.

Internship Details
Hybrid, in-studio, and remote opportunities are available depending on the role.
Applicants located in or near Bobcaygeon and the Kawartha Lakes region are encouraged to apply for hybrid positions, though exceptional remote candidates will also be considered.
Internship schedules can often be tailored around academic requirements.
Both full-time and part-time internship opportunities may be available depending on the successful candidate and department.
